(Locked) No response from support - what should I do?

Hi guys,

I have submitted a ticket to support 3 weeks ago and still have no answer. During that period I have submitted two more tickets on the same topic refering to the original one. For the last two tickets I haven’t even received the automated response confirming the receipt of my ticket.

What might be the problem? What should I do, please advice.

May be there is some problem with the emails or some other technical problem. Although I receive emails form other ….@themeforest.net emails.

there was a problem in TF support system last week. It is better to resubmit your ticket and send your support ticket ID to Drew… ;)

Yup, send it to me. We got most of the tickets caught up recently so perhaps your ticket got lost somewhere in the upgrade or with some of the issues we have had recently. Shoot me the ticket ID (if you didn’t get a ticket ID, it never went through, still contact me though and I’ll work with you to solve any issues) via my profile and I’ll get to it as soon as I can. Happy to help :)

To keep things clean I’ll watch for your email and go ahead and lock this as we like to keep support related stuff on the support system and off the forums. Thanks Stoyan!
