This last point is probably why people complain.

I see nothing wrong with elite authors getting the free file of the month, as long as it is in proportion with non-elite authors.

Who said that we don’t want elite authors to get FFOM .the question was “why the file has no ratings ?”transfered or not,nobody know that except the item owner.i don’t see anything wrong in asking and not complaining why the file has no ratings.
