A customer left me a comment about one of my poster he bought, offending me because the image i used in preview was not included and in his opinion was a “clever disclaimer”.
Of course it’s my fault (!!!) he didn’t see the note in the description

a lot a customers asked why they couln’t find the psd in the package when i had clearly written that the design was made with illustrator.
want to know how did i solve the problem? i’ve added the psd version too.

I got 2 comments about not included some file and obviously they did not read item description.

This is why for further problem happen again, either you create a PSD with smart objects or include EPS with PSD together.
It a hassle way to do but this is the only way to make your buyer buying your item with a

Yes, even though it’s a bit annoying for us professional to make everything in just Photoshop only, but as this is a market, and we should serve the buyer needs
