I just got the email, I’m next weeks featured Author! Thanks Envato for picking me and thanks to all the other authors who inspired me to keep trying! Since I don’t go live until the 19th of February I have some time to spruce up my profile and item descriptions/thumbnails etc. I really don’t want to waste this chance so feel free to give me some pointers as to how to prepare myself for next week. Thanks again!

By the way, I’ll be posting the results. I’m interested to know how big the impact is of being featured. I’ve got 55 sales and 54 followers as of this moment. Lets see what happens!

Congrats, Dano! First of all, make sure your bestsellers are your best works, ‘cause they’ll be on a front page!
But really, there’s not much you can do about it. Unless sprucing up, as you say, profile info and descriptions, picking some nice corporate stuff for your own featured item.
