need to hire person for facebook implementation

Hello, I need to hire someone to assist me… someone who knows what in the world to do before I rip my hair out for a third day. I am already an approved fb developer(right haha) and I now have an https with the SSL …and on and on and on. Help!! please let me know how much an hour or just a flat fee to get me up and running. thanks everyone! I tried following the LGlab referred instructions pdf link, but I got in a more tangled web. My first big question is, do you have to pay a service with facebook when using the templates from activeden? or do I have to pay for iframe? I am somewhat confused on my final step. I am going crazy THANKS !!!

Thanks Marco..I went through the motions of even getting a secure sever and I am now a (proud) facebook developer and I have the iframe working as an app and I even made it past the point of url info…but the final window where it asks for text or html? (me: I am at a total loss) I have not revised the template that I have on my server..but here it the https link…while I went to get the link I was bowled over, it was working, funny funny…I am a bubble head at times, I must have done something right because it now loaded fine. THANKS everyone!!!!
