Thanks mates,

messages are being tagged as “Automated response email ” and auto suspended by zendesk. I believe this is due to the recent switch of envato over mandrill because wasn’t happening before.

I whitelisted some domains (envato.com, gmail.com so far), that prevents auto suspension and explains why some of you got auto reply while other didn’t.

I suspect this being related to “List-Unsubscribe” header added by mandrill:

List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:unsubscribe-md_30000325.514c8419.v1-2608fa9c46674491888bf0e13ec84f51@mailin1.us2.mcsv.net?subject=unsub>

Just created a simple script to recover all suspended tickets via zendesk rest api. Not the best solution but will do for now, thanks everybody for helping.
