Need help [Theme rejection]

Everything looks fine in my chrome, however that grid background in the footer disturbs while reading, easpecially when reading the column two (where the font is darker then in the rest of the columns). The grid in the header looks fine.

Maybe, the margins in the blog posts list (those between the titles and the descriptions of the posts) can be smaller (just a thought)...

Thanks for the kind words Hein According to your theme: The text in the buttons in the sidebar looks very blurry, and the text in the tabbed content is not centered to the buttons.

It just says “This File Requires Some Improvements / Fixes”, chill out

The first 3 are just generic reasons for every rejection except soft rejection (at least i think so), the 4th to 7th is what needs improvement/fix.

Bellow that is definitely generic stuff, we got it on soft rejection too.

No worries it’ll get approved if you fixed the reasons from 4th to 7th. Good luck

Now this is the comment from Kailoon, i don’t mind that my theme is rejected only I believe some points aren’t correct.

sources for copyright Images from movies, products, people is not allowed in screenshot and final download. (not true, as long as the images aren’t inside the download package then it’s allowed. When this point is true then envato must remove 60% of it’s themes)

You can use it for demo site, but make sure you have the permission from the author.

The best way to have good images is from flickr with CC license, but still, you have to contact the authors to get the permission for redistribution / resell. Make sure you include the permission in the documentation as credit for the creators.

Let me know if you guys are seeing this different then me. I’m really confused about this since it costs me a lot of time to check everything and then i get this.

With the exception of the image slider not working…these guys are nuts. This is a really nice template which should be approved.
