(Locked) Need help choosing new audio for video

I need an audio track at least 70 seconds long for use in a real estate video. So the audio can’t be sad and dramatic, but it also shouldn’t be overly techno or fast and weird. Something in the middle.

Here are a few videos I shot and their soundtracks (a couple of which I purchased here on audiojungle). Please have a look and listen, and if you have a track that suits this video style, please suggest…keep in mind that the general public will be watching these videos (young and old), so it must be something balanced:

i’ve got sunshine: this is nice. not too fast, not too slow… and it’s neutral enough to appeal to a large crowd (young and old). This one might just be it. your best song: this is nice and catchy american dream: … too american.

smooth as silk: not bad. open seas: a little too sad for my purposes positive ambient: very nice, very catchy… but it’s not quite what I’m looking for…nice, just doesn’t fit what I’m after. Sorry, it’s hard for me to explain exactly the sound—I just know it when I hear it.

pleasant melodies: this is a little closer to what I’m looking for… hm, maybe… I’ll have to compare them to the others loneliness: too dramatic/unique for the general public. not quite what i’m after. but very nice on it’s own. business of the future: a little too … 70s. city at midnight: not bad, but sounds a little dated… sounds like something from a stanley kubrick movie.
