tnl, you better make a facebook fan page or something like that. All that stuff with flash and chat rooms and support for them is just too complicated and hard to manage.

Envato has almost 2 million users and 2 million items + somewhere around 20 sites(?) – They really need the support area. I don’t think you need something like that.
