Can also be a problem with jQuery compatibility. The version of your main jquery script is from 2009, version 1.3.2 – Giga-old for today’s standards… :)
The you are using also jQuery.UI plugin, that is from 2010… On this one my Chrome reports 4 seconds of time taken to interpret the code that is in it – HUGE ! ... try to upgrade them to latest…
