MyDen Air App (with Pie Chart)

A made a quick air app that breaks down your items into a Pie Chart so you can see the percentage and total amount.

The app will also display your balance and all your sales as well.

The total dollar value for each item that displays with the graph isn’t correct. (10 cents off in my case) This is due to ActionScript returns erroneous results for certain mathematical calculations. (see this tech note: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_13989&sliceId=2). I’ve tried a few different methods for rounding but AS simply just doesn’t have the power.

I plan on going out to a script to do the number crunching so the results will be absolutely correct. If someone has a better suggestion, let me know!

Tech: Used Flex with the JSON data source.
