My file is disappear?

Yesterday my new project “Top 10 Lower Thirds” disappear from Author Dashboard after it reach 100%. I haven’t got “Temporarily held by the review team” or any approve/rejected message. Does anybody have any information?

Did you check the spam folder in your mail account?

Most of the time it is bad news. Probably rejected. You must contact support for a clear answer.

for some reason gmail started to put emails from envato in the spam folder. I’ve got couple of messages from buyers getting lost in there.

Somehow gmail recognizes envato info messages as spam i think its possible to solve this by changing the layout of info message from videohive well at least temporarly or change something else because it has to be something that gmail recognize as a threat .

That’s a new topic for support/ developement.
My envato mails are also put in the spam folder, it would be great to get this fixed (gmx user).
