More rock sub-categories needed

It would be nice if there were more rock sub-categories, like alternative, indie, brit rock, oldies, classic, 80s, new wave… what else? Would anyone else find a benefit in this?

I’d say +1 to that.

Rock might be the only genre that need sub categorizing, and maybe into as few as 4 or 5 subcategories. I could only imagine how annoying it could be search that specifically in the vastness that is “rock”.

I agree, there should be categories you mentioned; I would also add rock mixed with electronica.

Actually, I feel there should be more subcategories for everything, makes it easier for customers to find what they want…
