the theme i have just purchased is missing the style.css as a result unable to upload into my wordpress. what [removed by mod] is going on?

Hey there! Check the install instructions in the pack. They are always provided. It is easy to install, but reading the documentation is necessary! You can’t drive a car if you don’t know how to in the first place. That’s why items have documentations!
In your case, I believe you installed the main archive that you downloaded from the server. If you extract the files in that one, there should be another archive. That’s the one you need to upload! Inside the main archive you’ll find the zipped theme, the documentation, the unzipped theme, and other files!
Further more, it is simple! You just have to extract the main archive you receive. It should be more than clear that a main archive contains more than just a theme. You require instructions, psd files maybe, demo content, etc etc. It depends on the theme.
Please note, that refunds are only available if the item does not function as mentioned in the description or if the file is broken!

ive done everything that you suggested but it does work. it says successfull but when i preview it all i see is a blank white sheet

activate it and follow the documentation that surely comes with the theme.

what are you talking about i have bought themes in the past it has never been this difficult. coan someone do a step by step for me.
