Mini Weekly Bundle - Proposal

Hello everyone, I have a small idea that I want to share with you:

Every week on on each marketplace site managers will choose let’s say 5-10 items (new + old from various authors and categories old 90 days and above) $100 – $150 worth for just only $50. Since there is a lot of authors on every marketplace every author can be again in same bundle every 5-6 months. What we will achive with this?

No. It will ruin the other items and the buyers will always expect bundles and cheap stuff, the prices are already cheap enough, we don’t need bundles and all kind of promotions to sell quality stuff.

Personally if i want to buy something i won’t wait few months/years to catch that item in bundle i will buy it instantly. Also new items cannot be included in bundle for minimum next 90 days (they continue to sell regularly).

Photodune has 2290907 items, who will purchase all that files and when with regular prices?

But with Photodune and stock photos generally surely it’s about needing a very specific photo, searching and buying it. Buying bundles of photos because they are discounted wouldn’t really work, or am I wrong?

I’m not speaking about Black Friday every week We must keep buyers somehow and “stimulate authors”

Hahahah :)) precisely. It’s not about “items being forced into bundles too early”. It’s about the fact that items are already becoming more and more similar (naturally), so it’s unlikely one would choose to pay triple the price for an item which is 70-90% the same thing as one in the bundle. So…bad idea…too many bundles as is!

Btw. I see you have 2 items in your portfolio and you have 5 sales since 13. November. Imagine your item was in the bundle for 1 week and you will get share from 500-1000 bundle sales

We are able to bundle our own items together and sell them discounted, and get extra exposure. I think that’s enough discounting of already low cost products.
