As a serious suggestion, why dont envato, send all members a Questionaire, or hold one online.Everything from colours, fonts features, forum elements , to menu and account settings.

Adding chat requires additional server and staff to work as admins i don’t think that Collis will agree to start chat (chat-rooms) on our marketplace, but who knows maybe one day
