As far as I’m aware, you were once allowed an animated avatar, but this is no longer the case however.
Those who had one set previously were allowed to keep theirs.

As far as I’m aware, you were once allowed an animated avatar, but this is no longer the case however. Those who had one set previously were allowed to keep theirs.
