Just would like to ask you here because you just stopped our conversation on Skype in a very hm… how can say “interesting” way when i asked you uncomfortable question regarding the job. Because your reputation here on Envato is looks pretty admirable, would like to know am i really understand well that:
You have no specific conception regarding a webdesign but you show templates to people and asking them to create new templates new ideas without any proposition, any kind of brief, or explanation. After then, – perhaps you and your boss as you said like the design, – you will pay those designers $300 but the copyright will be yours, not just as an extended licence but yours, as your own design.
Im i understand that well, you are offering $300 as an extended licence instead to pay $500 extended license here on the Envato, then you think its totally fair to upload the template here or any other places as a template and selling those as your own?

I know what you offering thats not against the law, and actually you can offer and take an advantage on other authors here without any kind of legal problems. But do you think is this kind of offer and especially the way of your communication what you have did is ok? (im sorry but this is not only personal, because a business conversation also have some constitution such as debut, understandable answers or at least answers to the question, a kind of polite and comely keynote.

So let me explain you something dear friend: 1. im not your dog, and not even your menial.
2. If i talk to someone first of all i introduce myself
3. If im offering a job to someone i explain that clearly what i need exactly 4. im answering his questions and not close on him the conversation.

Im still polite with you, and if you need to understand this message, if you like to read this in mandarin, i can help you in that case, because someone here beside me do speak your language. And actually do speak english as well. So as a polite person i wish you good luck to find that person, who is gonna able to work (or at least communicate) with you. Im sorry i had to explain this to you here, but because you just left the conversation in a ill-mannered way. And you just deleted me from your list immediately.

By the way… your reputation here, the featured files the interview a respectable thing. That was the only thing i was not telling you what i should tell you actually after your first sentences. And finaly let me ask you a very poetical question, and my politeness is ends here:
