Long Review Times for Presentations?

Hello all,

I while ago I submitted a presentation template, it took 4 days to be reviewed, and then rejected with the reason that it was not fully editible in PowerPoint and therefore could not be sold as a Presentation Template.

I rapidly fixed this and resubmitted it the same day that it was rejected, however, I have now been waiting 7 days for it to be reviewed (the last 3 days have been 1st out of 1st on graphicriver).

I was wondering if each category has it’s own reviewer, and that was why other items got reviewed when the presentations took a very long time.

Reviewers are not assigned specific queues. Generally, our team tries to review the oldest files first. However, right now we do not have the ability to proof across all categories in a chronological order—I am working to get this feature again soon for the equitable treatment of all files. Our reviewers are always instructed to pick the category with the oldest existing files first, because our goal is to always review files in the order they come in. (We are able to see that, say, Presentation Temlates has queued files that are X days old.) We always try to get files reviewed in 7 days or less barring special circumstances, so if your file ages past 7 days, feel free to shoot a note to Envato Support and I’ll look into it!

I doubt that sending a note to support will be necessary, I don’t mind waiting, I understand that some files may take more precedence etc. And especially since there were 200+ files for long time needing to be reviewed, the 4 presentations in the queue may have taken less priority.
