Has anybody ever had this problem with Logic? I tried the cycle algorithm fix but that still doesn’t work. When I have a kick or multiple kicks looped sometimes, I hear glitches or volume changes, pops, clicks etc.

(I don’t know I understand your problem, but…) Try to reduce low frequencies (e.g. under 200Hz) in the one of kicks. I am using FL Studio and I don’t think it’s software bug
