Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had ever attended music/songwriting/industry etc. lectures separate to any kind of course they were doing? I’m thinking of organising this type of event in the UK and I’d love to hear what you thought. My idea is to book 1 or 2 expert speakers to give short lectures on a given topic as part of a music networking event. What I’d like to know is:

1. If you’ve been to one, how much did you pay? If not how much would you be willing to pay? 2. What kind of topics do you think you would be most interested in hearing about? Or I guess more basically would you be interested at all in this type of thing at all?

I’d really like to hear from any UK members, especially people from the Midlands and Yorkshire. I know my AJ page says Spain (it’s where I live atm) but I’m actually moving back to the UK in 10 days.
