On some of the other audio selling sites that i have seen, there are sometimes options to purchase two types of licences. One is the standard one (also used on this site) and the other option is to purchase a licence which includes rights for re-selling.
This however is considerably more expensive – something like $100-$200 more than the normal price.
It would be cool if we could offer such a service…
Yes completely – I know for a fact that theres some very big tv companies that look on here, so that should be taken advantage of
However, I think audiojungle wants to stay cheap and be competitive, or they’ll lose sales…
Yes, hence the option for the person to buy either of the two licence types.
Maybe at the purchase button you could have
Licence A – $200 Licence B – $10
...and the person would just purchase the one they need.

Brilliant idea ** thumbs up …..
I think it is foolish for AJ to not implement this, as this would increase their revenue big time. Just think if you sell a License A for $50 and you (the artist only get 25%) they make out big time…
Not only would this benefit AJ, but the artist as well and I think this is what AJ should be seeing more than anything.
We do have variable license types planned but as at the time of this writing there are no concrete deadlines, or estimates as to when such a feature may be implemented. Licensing is a complicated thing.
Understood, but at least you’re on it.
Fantastic—I think this would be a great step for AJ

It would be very motivating …
Absolutely – instead of recieving $2.50 for a track that took a week to make, it could be quite a lot more – cue sheets would need to be used for high licenses aswell for royalties – I think this is the way Audio Jungle needs to go
