[Licence] How do we know if the client has purchased multiple Regular Licences ?

Can we know that ? Does it show up multiple times on the user has purchased tab ?

I have a buyer who is asking for support and it’s his second or third project on which he is using the gallery.

He should have the ticket of the purchase or purchases. Ask him for that before continuing giving support. With that ticket Envato will confirm you the type of purchase. If he has purchased several times he will have different tickets.

I thinks we should have to types of purchased badges or for example when you check user purchase it should say what kind of license he acquired.

That might be a very complicated task, considering there are those who sometimes purchase multiple licenses. There might even be the case where they purchase multiple types of licenses. And I still don’t have my driver’s license. It makes being 28 really tough sometimes.
