So, I’ve been coming across some really popular tracks with a list of keywords in their track descriptions when I thought this was not allowed. What’s the deal?
- Won a Competition
- Was featured in a podcast
- Item was Featured
- Author had a Free File of the Month
- Grew a moustache for the Envato Movember competition
- Sold between 10 000 and 50 000 dollars
- Referred between 1 and 9 users
- Bought between 50 and 99 items
- Has been a member for 3-4 years
I think there was something like a contest if I’m not mistaking. Everybody should have their tags removed from the item descriptions. Guess not everybody did that, so no worries

Those tracks were uploaded before rules changed. http://audiojungle.net/forums/thread/important-keywords-in-file-descriptions-no-longer-allowed/25498
Thanks for the reply! ah ok, I thought it was a bit of an unfair advantage in terms of people searching for the music

Ha cheeky buggers! Well I guess I’d try and get away with it too
Since you posted here and now everybody knows what you like to do , i don’t think that it’s clever to break the rules. IMO

huh? I’m not braking any rules I don’t think. I meant if I had tracks up before it was banned then I may not remove the tags, but I don’t so can’t
