Keywords dissapeared

This has happened to a few files in my portfolio. The keywords have completely disappeared when they have been reviewed and accepted. The only way to add the keywords is to re-submit the file for review. Is this the only way to do this ? Anyone else having this problem ?

As I know there is no another way.
Just add your keywords without uploading file.

But why does this happen ? The file has to come offline and back in the que because of this.

I have had a few of my keywords come off before, I always just figured that reviewers didn’t think they belonged there so they removed them.

I remember this happening to me before as well. It wasn’t just a couple of keywords, but all of my keywords were gone. shrugs

Your file doesn’t have to go offline. It will still be there, available for purchase, although it will be without tags until your EDIT submission gets processed/reviewed
