item stuck in #1 que

i submitted a file long time ago and its stuck at first item out of 11 and sometimes 9, 7, etc. what do i do?

Hi BX,

There are 2 queues. One queue which shows your overall position (including all categories) and one queue for your specific category.

So, if you were 1st out of 10, and then become 1st out of 7, it simply means that files from other categories were checked. Each category has specific reviewers.

All is normal.

actually mine is 1st in all codecanyon files. And i mistakenly posted the forum in here. well a problem is a problem.. :/

some files require people more educated in the category you submitted your file in to review it .. and these aren’t available all around the week according to what i understand .. so if you’re stuck on #1, wait for a bit and it’ll get reviewed sometime soon .. they normally have 7 days time to review your work, if it takes longer than that, then you should contact support about it..

i am agree. Someday, one of my items was holded to be reviewed by one more reviewer. In that case, in the queue was shown another message fo me (just like this: your file was holded for…. bla bla).

oh. ok, thanks guys!

And by the way it is still the weekend so I think maybe your specific reviewer hasn’t checked his job yet :”>
