You have been very precise 360design, thanks a lot!
Doing a fast calculation seems that PayPal has taken the 5% of your earnings. I agree that is good only for small amounts.
However I’m searching a more convenient solution for bigger earnings (around 1000$ per month). Maybe the best solution is SWIFT , obviously considering that in this case I will have to declarate all my earnings
Thanks However, LCweb, the link you posted is broken
really? It works on my Firefox
SWIFT is the best, no doubt.. I fear that the checks are made on paypal also, so I might as well put them directly into the bank account
However my antivirus blocked the site you linked
consider that giallo is living in gran canaria, and the islands are like a “special region” with their own laws different from spain. Also consider that no matter what, any bank will apply some fees and the exchange rate will never be the one that you can read on internet. So i guess all of the method to withdraw are almost the same. I use paypal, as indieground said once you go over 1800 euro, you have to send your id card and remove the limit, it’s quite easy to do it. In any case i will open a P.IVA soon too, and my father told me that his accountant said our work is considered “opere dell’ingegno” that means there should be a particular regolamentation… If i’ll know something more i’ll keep this thread updated!
I didn’t consider the bank exchange rate It’s true, SWIFT become convenient for amouts over $ 1000..
Let’s go to canary island everybody!!
I’m already buying airline tickets
i WANT THE GODDAMN REFERRAL TRACKING !! ah no wait that was another thread..
BTW Come here guys we open an agency!! I’m setting up my blog, and I’ve ton of projects to do!
As andre28 said I live in special laws regions (just because I don’t like normal things XD) but it should be like that in every Europe country. Abroad to abroad collaborations shouldn’t have an high taxation everyday
Guys please… another important thing.
Don’t be noobish. Paypal is a thing, you country is another. Taxation and Paypal have nothing in common, neither your income is far from being suspicious. Paypal checks accounts for antirecycling pourposes only!! Paypal doesn’t deal with taxations
There’s no crossed control at all actually for Paypal transfers, below high amounts.
As andre28 in part said, a person cannot start an activity and start to pay taxations from very first day.
Is just impossible, unless is not your first activity that you open. Comes a time for everybody to open a VAT (P.IVA) but it doesn’t mean it needs to be instantly, since anybody (honestly) will come to check you for many years.
Law must be respected, but the priority is to survive XDXD
Paying taxes must be done with the head or you’ll end up paying more taxes of what you really should, and you’ll end up destroying your business.
Thanks Giallo for the wise advises.
I agree with you: the first thing is business, after come the taxations (and I don’t know if you are updated, but nowadays in Italy there are LOTS of taxes that are destroying everyone )
The real purpose of the thread is to comprehend a little better how to manage Envato’s incomes.
After a week since I opened the thread, seems that paypal is the most widely used payment method and auto-invoice is the “best” declaration system.
Then, hoping to not lose half of the withdrawn amount, I will do it in April with a small part of the earnings
