LCweb, my accountant told me that for the “superminimo” system the issue is more complex because abroad works are not contemplated. I’ll deepen the issue early and let you know

For this there is no problem because our work is not considered as an exportation. My only problem is about declaring the incomes.
I absolutely want to withdraw for the first time a little part of the earnings by the 15th of april. Maybe I will make an unique invoice each 6 months.

Currently I require the payment each month. I think it’s not a problem make just one invoice each 6 months including all the previous payments. But we must see what he thinks the “FISCO”.

LCweb, can you give me other information about what you told: our work is not considered as an exportation.. Where I can read up about this?

This is an article of an accountant regarding iOS and android developers.

At the end is explained that is not exportation because … (lots of numers and laws :D).
Also in the comments, the accountant report the answer of “agenzia delle entrate” that confirm that.

Yes it appened to me but no problems on that, you just need to send them a copy of your ID card.. they won’t investigate on nothing. It’s just for a NORMA ANTI -RICICLAGGIO!

Seems that everyone is using Paypal. Then I suppose that the change rate isn’t bad as I read..!

I use Paypal since 2 years, and until now it’s pretty good, no problems at all. The change rate is good for low incomes such as 1000, 2000. For higher I think the SWIFT directly from the Envato is the best solution. I’m not in Italy anymore, and I moved away also because now I know there’s not the possibility to declare incomes without opening a VAT (in Italy is P.IVA)

I don’t know how it works in Italy, but here in Spain I’ve talked with some accountants, and you don’t have to pay taxes on this type of income (at least here). There’s a sort of compensation wich is also present for freelance works, made with abroad clients. There are a few agencies here, wich work with abroad clients, and just pay a fixed tax of 280€ per month, regardless of the income (year limit 60K)

Otherwise you just have to declare the Envato income, like a normal income.

Now I’m seriously inclined to use Paypal, I’ve already an account and sincerely it gives me more confidence (with this I’m not saying payoneer is bad, but i don’t know it as well as paypal).

Giallo, I think I’ll be moving soon in Spain It’s a really “paradiso fiscale” for us who do this job..

However, LCweb, today I received the money on PayPal:

- The amount of the withdrawal was 453.15 $

- The amount I received on PayPal was: 329.09 €

- Today 1 dollar = 0,7633 euro (Yahoo Finanza), so: 0,7633×453,15 = 345,889 € This should be the equivalent in euros of my earnings.

- subtracting paypal fees (3.4% + 0.35) I should recive 337.19 euro.

- 337.19-329.09 = 8.1 euro <—This should be the exchange rate?!?

In conclusion: $ 453,15 today are worth 345,89 € but with paypal I received 329,09, so PayPal has taken 15,3 €

Whereas the payments with SWIFT costs $ 35 (about 26 euros), I think that PayPal is good only for small amounts.

great sample 360design, this proves what I said. BTW remember to switch to Premium ASAP to remove the limits of Paypal and to verify your bank account/Credit Card/Postepay for the anti recycling rules.
