New customer here and I have tried everything to get a payment to go through and nothing is happening. I too do not have a Paypal account but have never had an issue with a check out with them before. I have used three different cards, and gotten nowhere. Also Moneybookers always tells me my card will not work, and I get a call from my bank telling me that a UK Company tried to charge my card 4X what I was trying to pay one time so I do not trust that now.
I really want this theme but cannot seem to get it from here now.
Your deposit of $50.00 was unable to be processed by PayPal. Please try using a different credit card, or we also support Moneybookers deposits. No matter what card I use
So the problem lasts for weeks now and no solution? I don’t think it’s Paypal’s fault. The Envato stuff should look into the Paypal API and discover what has changed in the past. There are many sites out there which don’t follow the guidelines Paypal suggests. What’s needed are skilled coders! Then we would also probably get a HTML audio player for AudioJungle so that potential buyers can use the site from mobile devices or what about a refined search feature – but nothing happens.
Envato should really look what other stockmedia sites are doing right now – the market is changing and Envato seems to sleep.
i am having serios problem with my paypal account too i am unable to buy or do any transaction what shall i do? my money has got stuck into it
Ive had the same problem Got multiple “Your deposit of $50.00 was unable to be processed by PayPal. Please try using a different credit card, or we also support Moneybookers deposits” But pay pal still kept processing the deposit and thrw my account into overdraft..smh had i not seen the email about it I’d have been more upset when i went to the bank…..Im glad it wasnt only me and have been to busy to look into it but this thread gives me some hope . AGAIN I was told it could not process my deposit…but did anyway..HELP????
Same problem, I can not even pay instantly via “Buy Now (via PayPal)” option, because of PayPal. And I’m totaly disapponted after reading of this post.
I just tried to buy something and it won’t go… IS it because my paypal is unverified?

Suffice it to say this is ridiculous these two companies can’t resolve this…. To those trying to make a purchase…It worked from my iPad but not my PC. Perhaps will also work with other mobile devices. Best of luck… Maxine
I’m Vahid and I am the General Manager of the Marketplaces. The recent PayPal issue is the direct impact of a small increase in fraudulent transactions we experienced recently. When this happens PayPal tightens it’s parameters to stop this fraudulent activity, but also occasionally has the outcome of voiding a real transaction.
We are in daily contact with PayPal to minimise the impact of these measures, and hopefully refine them, but this is a lengthy process. The PayPal system is very complex and takes many variables into account, which is why some buyers have have reported both failure followed by success later when some aspect of the transaction was changed.
While the data from PayPal indicates the changes have only affected a very small percentage of actual transactions, for those affected it is extremely irritating and frustrating. Worse yet there is often no logical way to understand why some transactions work while others do not.
This is a really tricky situation as we need to balance the need to protect our authors from fraud and dispute issues, with wanting our sites to be accessible to everyone. If you are amongst those affected, I am sorry for the frustration this has caused.
If you are affected and can pay by Moneybookers/Skrill, that should resolve the problem. If you do not have access to Moneybookers, I can only suggest you contact PayPal to resolve the issue. In the meantime we will continue working with PayPal on our end. Again, we truly apologise for this inconvenience.
