Hi, As an E-commerce website, payment gateway is the most critical part of it. how are you gonna run your business without payment gateway working??!! You should push paypal to fix this as soon as possible! limit them a timeframe! i have been trying for whole week, but same issue still occurring & i can’t buy anything that i need from you. If PayPal is not professional enough to fix this, then i am so sorry, not everyone have so much time to wait for something that “unable to provide timeframe” to fix it. i was planning to buy plenty templates from you guys but this problem is really annoying! if this still can’t be solve by next week, then i have to give up on you guys and go for other alternative template seller…sorry… hope you can push paypal to fix this as soon as possible… thanks in advance.

Anybody here? When will the bug be fixed?
This all started a couple of weeks ago for us, it has cost us a lot of time and effort trying to get answers, and today was the first time we have gotten any kind of answer as to what is going on here. Even though this problem with PayPal is apparently at least 17 days on going.
Whatever the problem is it’s costing you money and customers… our current project requires at least 8 or 10 different themes, we have already bought two themes elsewhere because of this problem and in part, due to your support where this problem is concerned. The rest of the templates will have to be purchased over the next week. What are the chances of getting them through you… in seems at the moment not very good.
At any rate, we are running out of time for this. Should we just start looking elsewhere and blow you off? What are the chance of some of the themes we have already taken the time to choose from your site, being available elsewhere?
