I just bought the theme. Sorry for this, it was my mistake. I were under some recurring payments and I didn’t cancel “My preapproved payments” from my PayPal account. It was almost empty. I recharged and now everything is ok.

Please remember that this is a PayPal issue and not a Marketplace issue. We can’t force PayPal to fix it or get them to move faster than they want. We can only contact them on behalf of each individual buyer who opens and ticket and try and get them to sort it out. We want them to fix it as much as you do

I am having this problem right now. I opened a ticket (#QPL-208-59801).

I’m having the same trouble. I contacted paypal who told me it was the banks fault, my bank told me that I can’t make international purchases on my card (I’m in the US).... Any ideas on how I can get a round this? Would it work if I bought a gift card for paypal and used that? I have no idea…

I tryed like 20 times and everytime i got this error message. Some minutes after i tryed using another pc and i got it. I don’t think it is the PC, but try it.

Just had a problem with a credit that was done yesterday still hanging! I’ve been reading through all the complaints and I can’t believe how long this issue has been going on for.

@Kingdog, true you can’t force paypal to fix the issue, but you can set up better means of allowing people buy items. eg directly use their credit card here.

Well I need an A5 magazine template asap and just don’t have the patience to open a ticket, so off to search elsewhere…

Very sad, I’ve grown to be dependent on Envato, but seriously you guys need to get with the times.
