  • to Remix — to adapt the work

Under the following conditions:

  • Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).
  • Noncommercial — You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
  • My question is, can it be used in preview? Because it said ‘TRANSMIT THE WORK ’.

No it cannot be used in previews because of the following term in the license:

Sorry but these new terms are double standards. You ask us to use royalty-free images (would that be a boost for Photodune?) yet the other marketplaces are swarmed with copryighted logo’s. Go have a look at the 3DOcean at the NEW items, I see Apple phones, Samsung Tab’s, Android, Adidas, car logo’s (Chevrolet, Mazda, BMW ) and much, MUCH more! I guess that’s not a problem as 3DOcean isn’t exactly succesful and could use a copyrighted item or two(thousand).

    Double standards, Envato.

    Yes you can.

    As seen on Envato Notes

    Q. What license do I need if I want to buy/use a PhotoDune image for use in my item preview AND include the image(s) in my main file that I sell?
You will need the Extended license.
