I'm having throuble downloading files i purchased from Envato

It started this month, i start downloading a file and the download stops and fails at X%. Now i have to try to download a file like 4 times or more.

Trying to download 4 times a file of 30MB not big deal, but trying to download a file bigger than 300MB specially when it fails at 70, 80, 90% and right now im on my 7th try, SUCKS!!!!

Anyone else with similar problem?

hey i have had that once before, i actually had to tell a friend to help me with the download. I understand you are not supposed to use any downloads manager as this creates multiple connections and the servers automatically closes the session. you are recommended to download using a web browser.

I just used Google Chrome to download the files but since it was not working i downloaded a Download manager and it also failed.

my internet sometimes becomes very slow so i usually blame it for the downloading issues. maybe try a different browser and see.
