Hey,
I am lucky enough to be this week’s featured author on CodeCanyon, I was just wondering if it’s worth emailing someone to see if they can feature a different one on the home page?
The third one they picked is a really simple script and I’d much rather have my latest cookie checker script as it’s extremely current right now!
So, does anyone know if this is possible?
On another note, if any other authors have any idea what sort of impact being featured has on sales I’d love to hear what I can expect!

I’ve never seen this request before but my guess is the files displayed are automated. But you could put a big advertisement for your cookie checker script on the home page of the third thumb there and maybe that will help redirect some traffic.

It is OK better to get a featured item as it is featured above the fold meaning you receive many more views, I have be feature author once and had items featured 3 times and I always found having the items featured drove my sales up.
Changing the items will have little effect on sales
