Here is some comedy gold, straight from Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927917).

How do I fix this problem? The easiest way for you to fix the problem is to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8. This problem no longer occurs in Internet Explorer 8.

I ran into this problem a while back, and it is a bug in IE’s DOM implementation. Here is a better explanation:

http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/iewebdevelopment/thread/334e42a4-241d-4ca0-9521-c805660921f8/

Long story short, try not to modify DOM elements using innerHTML or appendchild if they contain script elements

In my case it was for an advertising platform I was developing. I appended script tags right before the closing body tag using appendChild. The problem occurred when one of those tags also needed to append tags to the body. IE7 didn’t like that. So I ended up appending an empty div, and appending my scripts to that. Inside there, those scripts appended tags to the body.

But you said that you removed all scripts from the page, so it sounds like there is something else causing it.

I usually erase a block of code which seems suspicious, and if that doesn’t fix the problem I move to another block of code.. Until I find the source of the problem. :D

I do that too…and usually it is a missing semicolon somewhere!

Ok the page is not loading on IE8 either : http://ddstudiosthemes.com/blog/

The homepage slider doesnt work either, really don’t know what’s going on.

My partner was in charge of the javascript for this themes, I did all the rest (html/css/wordpress) but he never show up anymore so I really don’t know what to do now.

Is someone have an idea what’s going on there? It work perfectly on all other browser.

Thanks guys!
