Dear community members, I’ve got plans to start with my own freelance company and i want to have things organized. One of those things is a client system with a nice lay-out and maybe a chat functionality to have contact with the client immediately. Any good suggestions?

We use Kayako Fusion (http://www.kayako.com) which is a professional ticket system with both GEO IP tracking, Remote Help and Chat. However less can definitely do it !

Looks great! but perhaps a bit expensive for a starter.. any other suggestions like Flow by metalab or something like that? thanks righthere!
