As it says, it will be interesting to see if there are any common instruments/themes/structures/ lengths of your most successful tracks! Go go go!

Tip: Go to an author’s portfolio and sort results by sales.
“Upbeat Ukulele” has been my little hit. Won’t post link because that will be too much over the line of shameless self promotion.
I have learned that simple and kind of repetitive but not boring can be key. People need something that fits good, can keep the same theme, vibe, and feeling throughout. If your song changes to much or goes from happy to sad I think it can hurt sales, unless its a dramatic work and a buyer needs up and downs.
And like Scott wrote, check on top seller list and top authors and sort by sales. It will tell you everything.

Well I’ll be sure to check it out
It definitely seems that simple sells on here and yes maintaining the same mood or at least not straying to far from the main vibes is a good tip. Thanks for your input!

Thanks for sharing
It’s an awesome track, you’ve nailed that infectious pop/rock sound used in so many adverts and I like how you’ve mixed it up a bit with the synth breaks and claps, pretty original. Keep up the good work!
Mine is “Inspiration”. It’s a calm track with a modern piano, strings and bass sound. I originally composed it for a short movie about inspiration so it seems like it fits the description.
