Hey everyone,

The goal is to get GraphicRiver’s review times (for all categories) to 48 hours or less during weekdays. The GraphicRiver review team is also currently undergoing some changes that may have contributed to the longer turnaround times but will improve things in the long run.

All items are in a queue system and reviewers can’t skip items. Everyone gets reviewed in the same, fair manner.

While everyone is reviewed fairly, reviewers are actually able to “skip” items. They aren’t really skipping them, but rather placing them on “hold” for another member (or several) to provide additional input or a second opinion.

That said, items are reviewed according to their age from the point of submission. Updated items and resubmitted items are prioritized. The queue priority is as follows:

Updated items -> resubmitted items -> newly submitted items

If an item is placed on hold, it is removed from this queue for special handling.

I hope that provides some clarity on the process. :-)

Some changes will happen quite soon, whereas others require a much more delicate process of implementation and preparation. Turnaround time should improve here quite soon. :-)

we hope so, coz some files really take too long, even on an update.

To be honest i would rather wait an extra day in order to get worthwhile feedback from the reviewer. It’s seems like it’s all about quantity these days. Every rejected item gets the vague response which is defiantly not helpful and there is very little activity in the Item Discussion section of the forum. At the end of the day the reviewers make the decisions and it would be nice to hear why your item doesn’t meet the quality standards.I also think it’s a bit of a slap in the face when you’re told to ” familiarize yourself with our current library and quality levels”. Most people who i have been here a while and a have a few products are familiar!

My items used to take a max of 2 days to be reviewed, but recently I too have noticed a huge increase in review time, my last item took 7 days and the one before that took 5. Though you can’t really blame them, I see people saying that they want reviewers to give better input on their items all the time, well if they do that, then they are going to take longer, but if they take longer then people start to complain. Can’t make everyone happy.

It took the graphicriver people 7 days each to approve my new creations. Also,I have been disappointed by Microlancer Support. I disputed a job around a week ago, and didn’t get any message in reply. Also, I contacted then , no reply again. I think that Envato should focus on bettering their existing sites and not making new ones.
