You have to be patient and go through Support to see if there is a problem on our side or something perhaps wrong with your ISP . We receive a ton of file submissions a day so if it was a problem with the server we would certainly hear about it. Thanks!

no need to contact support. you need an ftp program who support resume of upload and use that. Get filezilla

Go smaller.

I have just tested the FTP upload with a 283MB file and it works for me. Are you on Mac or PC? What app did you use to upload it?
