I agree with INDUSTRYKIDZ. You just need to print out the monthly Paypal transaction (or save it as PDF) and it should do it. I don’t think there is a way to send an invoice to your customers unless you clearly specify that buyers should contact you for an invoice in your documentation or profile/item page, but I don’t think this is necessary.

I need to present certified invoices in my country, printed by authorized print places. I cant just print my earnings and present them.

hi,

just create an invoice with billing number and contact data of envato ( http://www.envato.com/contact ) and account the amount of the received money through paypal.

i.e. you withdraw $500 on July 20th, create an invoice with $500 on July 20th, you’ll receive on August 15th the money via paypal and you’re ready to mark the invoice as paid.
There’s no need to send the invoice, it’d be just for your accounting

You can do (I do) this with google (adsense) or amazon (partnernet) too

hope this helps

you don’t sell directly to the buyers. envato does.

you are approaching the problem from a wrong point of view. you can’t get an invoice from the buyer because their payment relation is exclusively with envato.

Knowing that you have more than 5000 sales in 2 years time, it means you make more than 200 sales per month. If you wanted to write an invoice for each sale you might soon find yourself quitting designer’s job and put yourself in a bookkeeper/office assistant position.

Single invoice, addressed to Envato once a month is enough.

I also need invoices for my income in my country. But I solved it like this: You can download for every month an excel list with your earnings one by one. You can see what was bought, the price and the date. The tax office in my country accept this.
