I am not an author here, but I am developer. I sent you some of my works via email. I worked in joomla for 4 years now and recently started learning WP. I joined TF few weeks ago in order to cash in some of my knowledge.

You asked for simple things, I offered you low price. For one who knows, setting up site with portfolio and sidebars with banners is not a big deal, that is why I don’t think you should pay fortune to some1 to do it. But again, it’s your money – do what you like.
