To this day I have no idea what one of customers wrote to me:
Hi, First, my English is not very good. This article is therefore hardly read a lot of type. You “Magvanus” I bought the theme. but I can not kurulumuun. Not so in our demo site kurulumuun
If someone could explain what “kurulumuun” means I’ll be able to sleep whole night again!

jegtheme, I am sorry, but I think this situation is a dead-end. Probably you can advice him to try and find a fellow translator to assist him.

ha ha ‘kurulumuun’
google translates it from Turkish to English
‘kurulumu’ means ‘installation’
edit: smart Google detects the language

You don’t know what that means? That my friend is a word: “I kurulumuun”, “you kurulumuun”, “he, she, it, kurulumuun”. “kurulumuunology”, the study of kurulumuun. It’s first grade stuff…
To the poster: Google translator would be a first option, it would at least get the idea across so you’ll both be on the same page.

I tell them that I don’t speak their language and therefor cannot help unless they find a legit translator, human or machine. Same if the translation is very poor and I cannot understand their issue. It’s absolutely legit, don’t worry too much.
kurulumuun amused me a lot ^^
