If you’re talking about the star ratings for the items, it will say “Awaiting 3 Votes” until it receives 3 votes. At that time, it shows you the result of those votes.
Not sure what you’re talking about exactly, though, sorry.

Hmmm, Im not convinced the stars are to be believed – I rated one really bad template I bought here with 1 star but low n behold that template has said ‘awaiting 3 votes’ for almost 2 weeks now.

from my experience only about one fourth of all buyers do actually vote, so its common for items that have less then 10-15 Sales to await the 3 votes.

That’s because it’s still awaiting 1-2 more votes. It can take quite a few sales to reach the 3 vote mark.
