How to fight on DA against giraffes?

Hey, almost 2 months ago I’ve found a user on DA, who is promoting stuff from GR in his own portfolio and linking to giraffe site. I’ve used the possibility to “report deviation” as Wa..z, but now I see that my report was closed without any action and I can’t report it again (weird behavior from DA).

Can You guys help me, how to fight this one? Try to search “3D Text Styles and Actions for PS” on DA may be You can report it too.

Sent a message about this through their Customer Service Center.

I suggested he link to GR instead and get affiliate earnings. I like DA, so would prefer not to see that junk on there.

I’ve reported this author to DA. When you report someone you need to make sure you provide links and explanation in calm and professional menor, I’m not saying you didn’t just clearing it out.

I just clicked the link in deviation “Report Deviation”, there clicked the category, why I report it, but I could’n write any additional info there – just hit Report button.

@survivor thats why was no action taken by DA, you reported it wrong. Next time when you report something like that at DA click ‘Report Deviation’ choose ‘Permission Issue’ and give good feedback and DA will take appropriate action.

Hey survivor, I just got this message from DA staff:

“Thank you for attempting to bring this deviation to the attention of the staff.

We would prefer it if the original owner of the work contacted us directly by filing a copyright infringement notice by email at violations@deviantart.com“

I got the same massage. @survivor you should contact them.
