If you own Spectrasonics Stylus RMX, take a look under the sound menu, sound is called big boomers, it might be interesting for you. And by the way, ThomasVoMusic rocked this song! :-)

For me it sounds like regular EQed drum-kit. :) Pretty nice piece.

There are quite a lot of sound libraries containing similar drums. You might want to check Heavyocity Evolve or Damage. You got some premade stuff there. I like to play a lot with the percussion instruments in Miroslav Philharmonic. I know this library doesnt have a huge numbers of fans, but you can find there some pretty interesting wagnerian drums, timpanis, snares, etc.

I think libraries like Heavyocity Evolve contains percs like this for sure.

Or just try to find a way how to use “regular drums” sound banks and play a with EQ, Reverb, Gate etc. :) It´s an alchemy but you may find some interesting sounds!

Juma Studios: Oooh, Miroslav Philharmonic :) Very good, and my very first orchestra sound bank – i´ve composed a whole PC game soundtrack with this :) But unfortunately it´s only 32-bit plugin and it´s not working properly with my 64-bit DAW :( (but i have info that Sample tank 3 will work with all the Miroslav sounds on 64-bit – can´t wait!)

Keep on rocking and create some great music!
