I opened ticket (JVN-267-64024) yesterday :S and i still wait so how many days :yawn: it take to get ticket checked …!!! or i have to find another option :nerdy:

I think if your ticket is answered in less than a week you could consider yourself a lucky person :)

I’m still waiting for an answer submitted on September 21st (ACW-127-50448)

In my personal experience, I think I never had to wait more than 2 months :D

It depends on the complexity of the ticket and if certain staff members are required to handle it. Typical tickets run about 48-72 hours currently. We’ve been driving that time down lately as we ramp up our Support team members. Thanks!

Sorry, but that doesn’t make any sense. Every single badge has a very specific meaning and a very specific way to get it, which has nothing to do with “feelings”. Thanks for trying to help, but I’d really like to hear the answer from Envato’s staff.
