That’s my question.
It’s been probably more than 2 days now since I first submited my ticket and still haven’t got my answer, I’m not ‘worried’ and I know they do not have a time, but what’s the average response time for a ticket ?
‘My file’s description is not the way I wanted it to be and this is bad for my sales, as description is a really important part.. 
Is there any way I can edit it by myself ?

Hey, you can send your Ticket ID using Twitter, @envato_support
Tell them to respond your ticket and don’t forget to mention your Ticket ID
So far, my 2 ticket has been answer by the team.

Yes, this is safe for work, you can send any message to them anytime, without bothered them.

@Moldor – If you are taking about “Item Description,” you don’t need support assistance to do so. Just click on the EDIT tab and go ahead and edit your description and click SAVE CHANGES button to save the changes. Your item details will be updated immediately.
