We’re looking for a new member to join our support team. It’s a remote position that usually requires about 5-10 hours per week.
Basically you’ll be providing technical support to our ThemeForest customers in a private support ticket type atmosphere, which will involve working with our theme options panel, basic customizations, troubleshooting issues, plugin conflicts, etc.
