Hey guys, I joined the site in December but left the account idle until a couple of weeks ago when I decided to actually start using it.
So I’ve been making/uploading stuff for a couple of weeks, and after the initial (and totally expected because I knew I was going to forget something, which in this case was leaving the main file in 24 bit D:) soft rejection, I’m now beginning to feel comfortable with the production workflow and the site’s interface. Three tracks approved so far.
Also, it was only today that I started to pay attention to the community side of this. So I thought I should introduce myself in here, but I’ve already written a mini background thing for my user profile so to avoid duplicated content I’ll go straight to asking questions:
- If I end up with an orchestral piece that has, say, 3 movements. Is it allowed to indicate that somehow in the track names, with a “III” for example?
- “An Exclusive Envato Author who has Opted Out Recently”. That’s my status right now. My question regarding this is: After the system officially sets my user to non-exclusive, I could make it set it back again to exclusive, right?
My exclusivity status is “An Exclusive Envato Author who has Opted Out Recently” because I deactivated the exclusive setting during a sudden irrational “oh my god what have I done?! now my tracks – my babies – are going to be imprisoned in a single place!!”-mini crisis which I had when I first uploaded a track.
Now the silly crisis has passed and I think I’ll probably want to set the account back to “exclusive” when/if the system makes the setting editable again.
Alright that’s all. See you around!
Welcome to AudioJungle!
I can answer #2 for you.
Yes, you can set it right back to exclusive. It will take about 30 days to go non-exclusive, then just set it back to exclusive right away and it will be like nothing happened.

That’s perfect. Thank you!
Welcome to the jungle
Good luck to you!
1. Well I guess it’s best to put “Name of File (3 movements)” , because “Name of File III ” will mainly come off as the third file of some related series. But indeed it is a bit unappealing having an extra bracket info especially if the name itself is long.
@NenadSimic: I agree. It makes sense. Thanks.
@Basspartout: Thank you!
