Oh oh big problem .. the item I accidentally bought .. I’ve been charged 2 times .. and the item went up only 1 sales .. because there should be a : 4 sales (by 3 users) and it’s not …

That’s really really really weird.

:D where was the thread were we spoke about how to check how many sales are really made and if envato is correct or not? :D :D :D

Hey guys! Just a quick update, there seems to have been a bug deployed yesterday that is affecting the purchase process. John is on the case right now! Always a good way to wake up at 8am on Sat morning :-)

And yes we will refund any purchases made in error. If it happens, please send in a support ticket immediately,

Great stuff! Thanks for doing that placdarms! Yeah it’s a bit early in the morning here on Saturday, so I just got the alert that something was wrong.

I’m just heading into the office now and then I’ll go through the support tickets and issue refunds. John is fixing the code that went out late yesterday afternoon to roll back the bug.

Again, sorry about the issue! We’ll get it fixed pronto :-)

Update: OK we’ve got the issue resolved, it was a small Javascript bug that was deployed right at the end of the day yesterday. It should have been a straight forward deploy, but something seems to have gone wrong. We’ll be having our usual post-mortem next week.

Meanwhiles it’s all fixed now, so just got to send out some refunds!
